Exterior Stucco
Stucco is a hard and durable material made of Portland cement, sand, lime and water. Stucco has a natural resistance to fire, rot and fungus and is a perfect material for the exteriors of high rises, hotels and commercial projects. It is long-lasting and low maintenance. Almost every one of our construction projects, like the Alina Residences in Boca Raton, is completed using exterior stucco.
EIFS
(Exterior Insulation & Finishing Systems)
Unlike traditional stucco that uses natural ingredients, External Insulation and Finishing Systems (EIFS) uses synthetic materials like acrylic. These acrylic-based stucco products provide more insulation and protection against water intrusion. The new Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL was an EIFS construction project.
Cultured Stone
Cultured Stone is a manufactured stone veneer product that adds the look of a real stone wall to building exteriors. We used cultured stone on the Legacy Apartments project in Naples, Florida.
Brick Veneer
Buildings with brick veneer look almost identical to solid brick structures, but they are built using a very different technique. One of the best examples of a building project we completed using brick veneer is The Standard in Gainesville.
Exterior Metal Framing
Exterior metal framing is used to support a non load-bearing wall. Advanced Stucco completed all of the metal framing on the new Jackson Memorial Hospital Rehabilitation Center in Miami.
Interior Plaster
Plaster is a beautiful interior design detail that dries much harder than drywall. Advanced Stucco applied not only the exterior stucco on the Viceroy Hotel in Anguilla, but we also completed all of the interior plaster on the villas and hotel.
Architectural Foam Profiles
Architectural foam profiles include columns, arches, window sills, shutters, crown molding, soffits, monument signs and other architectural elements. Advanced Stucco has won numerous Craftsmanship Awards for its skill and experience in creating these aesthetic details. The Wellington Bay Retirement Community in Wellington is a project that required the use of architectural foam profiles.
Waterproofing and Sealants
Concrete sealers and waterproofing compounds provide a protective layer over concrete surfaces. In addition to the stucco project on the billion-dollar renovation at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Advanced Stucco also applied waterproofing and sealants to provide an extra layer of protection to the massive building.
Metal Lath and Vinyl Accessories
Our experience in all stucco accessories is second-to-none. We use quality metal lath and vinyl accessories on all of our projects, like 110 East in Downtown Fort Lauderdale.
